Heritage Open Days across the County
Visitors will be able to explore hidden histories and go behind the scenes at many heritage venues and sites as part of Lincolnshire’s Heritage Open Days next month. From the 11th – 14th September visitors will have free opportunities to take part in activities and to visit a wide range of interesting places across the county.
Lincoln Cathedral will host a free open day, including activities for families. Openings, activities and talks will be taking place at many venues including St Mary’s Guildhall, the Museum of Lincolnshire Life, The Priory Heritage Centre, Lincolnshire Archives, and Ellis Windmill.
Special talks and exhibitions will respond to this year’s theme of Lincolnshire in the Great War.
