LORD CORMACK’S MONTHLY MESSAGE

We have now had two very productive meetings with the Honorary Curators, (announced in my last message), to discuss Lincolnshire’s Great Exhibition. This will take place between mid – June and late September 2015, and will include some important national treasures with a Lincolnshire connection.

It will be held in three venues in Lincoln – the Usher Gallery, the Collection and the Wren Library, and further details will be announced on this website in the coming months.

We are determined to make 2015 one of the most exciting years in Lincoln’s recent history. The focal point will, of course, be the revealing of the Castle as one of the country’s major visitor attractions, but a series of special events, including the exhibition and a Three Choirs Festival, held in the Cathedral, will bring visitors on a pilgrimage to Lincolnshire.
